1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items only. If you receive a product that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. After this period, we may not be able to process a return.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support team with your order details and photos of the items in question. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for the item  to be returned to us.

3. Refund Process
Refunds are only issued in cases where the product is damaged or incorrectly sent. Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will arrange for a refund. Since we only offer cash on delivery, the refund will be processed in cash, and you will receive the payment directly.

4. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by misuse cannot be returned.

5. Return Shipping
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. We will provide the necessary details for returning the item.

6. Processing Time
Once your return has been approved, please allow up to 7 business days for the return to be processed and the refund issued. We will notify you once the return has been completed.
